Full Grain Aniline Calfskin - Suede Split Calfskin
These are our leading
products. Calfskins are entirely processed in Italy.
We run the whole production process from the purchase of a selected wet blue
of European origin to the final leather. We are pleased to offer our customers
the calf lining in four articles, all of them with a very high quality and ready
to meet the highest technical and aesthetics expectations. From the split of wet
blue we obtain calf flesh splits, suitable to make fusbet and heel seat linings.

articles are the following:

BOSTON
PLUS:
An article of extraordinary aesthetics
characteristics, excellent for making high quality shoes. It is a
frame dried leather, evened with aniline and finally staked.

BOSTON:
It is a frame dried article, with a natural look and
without any cleaning or dressing process. It is submitted to a
slight drum and rot press process to get a “talc” effect.

FLORIDA:
It is a frame dried article, clean and dressed and
finally drummed in order to get a more aggressive
style but
always soft and easy to be manufactured.

BOSTON PLUS
SOTTOVUOTO:
Vacuum dried lining used for
shoe’s upper leather, either left natural
(art. DALLAS) or
refinished. Article of a very smooth appearance always soft to
touch thanks to a final staking.
